If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item is unused and unopened, you are entitled to a free return and full refund.

If the item has been opened or used, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to the intimate and hygienic nature of adult products. If, within this period, the product develops a serious quality issue—and has been used correctly and without excessive force or misuse—you may request an exchange.

Qualifying defects may include:

• Separation or leakage between internal and external layers
• Severe warping or deformation not caused by improper handling
• Detachment of suction base or internal skeleton (in torso or ass toys)
• Major moulding faults or visible material imperfections

In such cases, we will gladly send you a new replacement of the same product, or offer a similar item of equal value, at no additional cost.
