We operate warehouses in the United Kingdom, USA, Germany, Canada, and Australia. Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse with available stock.
If your chosen product is out of stock locally, we will ship it from our main warehouse in China to ensure you still receive it as quickly as possible.

For products in stock in the UK
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 8–12 hours on working days.
There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the final price.
Estimated Delivery Time: UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouses located in Leicester and Dunstable.
Your parcel will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest service.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched same day.
Non-UK warehouse items
Most orders are processed and shipped within 12–24 hours. In many cases, dispatch will occur from our Hong Kong warehouse, especially if your item is not available in your region.

How much does the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to our UK customers. However, if you wish to receive your order sooner, you may opt for our Expedited Shipping service, which may incur an additional express fee.
Multiple Shipments
In order to provide optimal service to our clients, we utilize merchandise inventory from all of our warehouses across the country. If your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations, you may receive multiple shipments. Rest assured, there will be no additional shipping fee for orders that are split into multiple shipments.
Note: Once the order has been dispatched, delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your understanding in such situations.

- Our shipping partners are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
- Once your order is shipped, your will get a tracking number in your email box.
- You can track your package and contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for delivery if you need it.
- For other carriers, you can track it at 17TRACK with the tracking number.

We can make shipments for lots of countries and regions all over the world.
But, due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, Philippines, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, or Brazil

Section 7: Never received & Package Was Damaged By the Carrier
If you never receive your package, please contact us ASAP and we will resend it for you.
If the package is damaged by the carrier, please complain to the local carrier service provider. At the same time, take some photos of the damaged product and send it to us, and we will assist you in handling it.
Section 8: Wrong or Damaged Product Received
Please contact us and provide some necessary photos as evidence, and we will immediately send you the replacement.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
