European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with packaging untorn and unused.
Damage Compensation and Warranty
Due to the special nature of sex toys, for hygiene reasons, all our sales are final. We only refund or replace products that are defective upon arrival. We do not provide refund services for other reasons.
- Returns are not accepted if the packaging is not original, complete, undamaged, and unused. We will not accept returns once the plastic bag is opened, unless the product is defective or damaged when opened.

Address Corrections
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Inaccuracies (including apartment/suite numbers) may result in delivery issues.
To change the address, contact us within 12 hours. After that, it cannot be changed. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Back Orders
We strive to keep all catalog items in stock, but supplier delays may cause backorders. Available items will be shipped immediately; backordered items will be shipped later with no extra shipping charge (not applicable to international orders).

How Long Will It Take to Receive a Refund?
