If, within this period, the product develops a serious quality issue—and has been used correctly and without excessive force or misuse—you may request an exchange.

Qualifying defects may include:

• Separation or leakage between internal and external layers
• Severe warping or deformation not caused by improper handling
• Detachment of suction base or internal skeleton (in torso or ass toys)
• Major moulding faults or visible material imperfections

In such cases, we will gladly send you a new replacement of the same product, or offer a similar item of equal value, at no additional cost.
